Manpower and Music Fest 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk was created to focus on Men's Health during June in recognition of National Men's Health and Black Music Month. The activities for this day are for individuals, families, clubs, social groups, etc. We celebrate National Men's Month and Black Music Month to intensify healing and rejuvenation of the mind, body, and soul.
Proceeds from this event will benefit Fort Worth My Brother’s Keeper and Time to Heal America TM.

STARTING TIMES
1 Mile Fun Run/Walk - 8:00 AM (stretching at 7:30am)
5K Run/Walk (3.1 miles) - 8:30 AM (stretching at 8:05am)
RACE DAY REGISTRATION BEGINS AT 6:30 am AT RACE SITE
Packet Pickup Dates/Locations:
- Thurs, June 2 - Fri, June 3 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the The Dock Bookshop, 6637 Meadowbrook Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76112
- Race Day Packet Pickup & Registration at Trinity Park from 6:30 AM to 30 minutes prior to each race
Awards
- 5K AWARDS: Overall Master Male and Female; Male and Female Age Groups:13 & Under; 14-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60 & Over
Awards are awarded three deep in each age group for the 5K Run/Walk
- TEAM AWARDS: Largest Team, Fastest Team
RESULTS WILL BE CHIP-TIMED BY COX RACING SERVICES
